Find out your screen size by selecting "Don't know your screen size?"
Stretch the window if it's not large enough
Note that some screens may be labelled slightly differently from the actual size, e.g. a 22" screen might actually be 22.4". Find out using "Don't know your screen size?".
Press ↑↓←→ or type the new screen size until the card or A4 page are of the real size.
